We have developed a full range of tube wheel rim, tubeless wheel rim, car wheel rim and engineering wheel rim.

• As per the application, there are light duty wheel rim, heavy duty wheel rim, agricultural wheel rim and engineering wheel rim.
• As per the wheel type, there are tube wheel rim, tubeless wheel rim and demountable wheel rim.
• As per the material type, there are steel wheel rim and alloy wheel rim.
• As per the processing method, there are forging wheel rim and casting wheel rim.

3. Production Process ( Material: Steel):

• Rim: Cutting –Edge Rolling –Full Rolling–Double Cutting–Hole Verifying – Manuel Welding –Polishing –Cinder Cleaning–Expansion–Contraction–Air Hole Punching –Lathe Rim
• Disk: Cutting –Moulding–Center Hole Punching –Wind Hole Punching–Broaching–Lathing–Air Hole Punching–Grinding
• Assembling: Disk Installing–Inspection–Automated Welding –Pickling & Phosphating –Painting (E-coating + normal painting) –Inspection–Assembling–Warehousing
