The company was first established as Pang Lian Auto Electric Service in 1979 as an electrical repairing workshop in Malaysia. The company soon ventured into wholesale and today, the company expands into manufacturing of brand new units. In 2008, PL moved to a new warehouse in Malacca, Malaysia as a distribution center cater to Malaysia's local market. Not only does PL deal with new and rebuilt starter motors and alternators for common vehicles, PL also custom made them to suit even rare machines and engines. Our product range is comprehensive with over 2,000 different alternators, starters and component parts for distribution in West Malaysia, East Malaysia and Singapore. In 2009, PL wholly acquired JB Auto Electric Sdn. Bhd., a company based in Kuala Lumpur that specializing in electrical parts, as a purpose to strengthen its distribution network in Kuala Lumpur and its surrounding areas. PL's manufacturing history started in 2002 when it first stepped into the province of Zhejiang, China to produce brand new units.
