LTD.( NPM ) established in December 1936 and restructured from the original Nanping automobile fitting factory.Now it's a sino-foreign joint venture.The company located in Changsha HI-TECH Development zone of Nanping city and it covers an area of 140 mu,and the gross investment is about 200million Yuan.

Huamin is the professional manufacture of the automobile fittings,the main products include piston ring, piston, piston pin and liner.We can provide over 1300 kinds of products with independently research and produce.The annual output value is over RMB 400 million.

NPM imported and absorbed the patent technology of piston ring,which was designed,produced and detected by NPR,and at the same time imported the advanced production equipment from Japan,Switzerland,Germany,France etc.,which can build the top-level production line of piston and piston ring.The annual maximum capacity of the company can reach  to 60 million piston ring,6 million piston,12 million piston pin and 1.5 million liner.Huamin Nanping group has formed a completed independent research and development system,after more than a decade's learning and advancing On this basis, the company adopted IT Application in management system of ERP,carried out lean manufacture of JIT and launched an all-member productive activity of TPM,which make the company on the top of the same industry in China in product research and production management.Now the company possesses the capacity to produce 50 million pieces of Piston Ring,4 million pieces of piston,10 million pieces of piston pin and 1.5 million pieces of liner per year.We gained ISO9001 International quality system Authentication in 1999 and ISO/TS16949 quality system authentication of France BVQ1 Company in 2004.
