ChiangBin was founded in 1984 by Founder J.T.Chen. The company started based on his love of cars. He worked as a motor starter technician for more than ten years in the refurbished factory of automobile. One of CB’s main goal when founded was to create a more reliable motor starter switch as replacement parts. Initially supplied to the aftermarket automobile services in Taiwan. In the early 90s, we began to participate in overseas exhibitions to expand our markets. Our main distribution target are motor starter switch and other related auto parts for trucks, marine, hydraulic equipment, golf carts and classic cars. We also manufacture custom made products for specific customers.

In 2014, CB became a Taiwanese partner of Meiwa Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., importing and selling enameled wire strippers. In 2015, we introduced the Automotive Five Core Tools and Lean Production (TPS) of TS16949 and the manufacturing facility was constructed. In June 2016, we introduced Policy Management, Daily Management and Continuous Improvement Policy. In July 2017, 5S Methodology was launched.

In March 2018, the new CB facility was opened, and the Document Control Center was established. Same year in May, fully automatic and semi-automatic winding equipment was introduced. In June 2018, a new safety grating type machine was introduced. In September, we became a tier-one Original Equipment Supplier (OES) in Europe. The CB laboratory for research and development was opened in January 2019.
