Dahua Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd., established in 1965, is the largest ring gear, flywheel, and flexplate manufacturer in China. Dahua headquarters is located in Changchun City. Now we have production plants in Changchun, Dehui, Wuhu, and Dahua Global office in United States.
We have over 1000 employees with 206,773 square meters facilities, 1050 advanced manufacturing equipment to turn out 7.5 million ring gears, 6.4 million flywheels, and flexplates annually.
Our customers are all over the world including GM, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Cummins, Fiat, Renault-Nissan, Caterpillar, Perkins Engines, Valeo, Ford, ZF-Sachs, FAW, SAIC, Dongfeng, Chery, and many other customers.
The company has been certified with ISO9002 Standard since 1998, VDA6.1 and QS9000 since 2000, ISO/TS16949 since April 2004, and ISO14001:2004 since Sep 2005. The company utilizes TPS, TPM, QSB and 6 sigma, and lean manufacturing processes, in order to reduce production costs, improve quality control, and enhance market competitiveness.
