Product introduction
This equipment adopts the Toyota LS400 original factory electronic control hydraulic power steering system as the basis, can completely restore the working state of the automobile steering system, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
It is applicable to the teaching needs of electronic control and hydraulic power steering system and maintenance training in middle and higher vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges and training institutions.

Main configuration
The original vehicle front bridge, the original vehicle direction machine, steering pump, steering computer, front suspension, front wheel tire, steering wheel and steering universal joint, movable platform, with locking universal caster, etc.

Product features
1. The training table panel is made of 8mm thick high-strength acrylic sheet by jet painting, which is resistant to large temperature difference, wear-resisting, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, not easy to deform, long service life, bright color, not easy to fade, etc.
2. Pressure gauges are installed on the panel of the training platform, which can display the changes of oil pressure parameters in real time.
3. The training platform is made of international standard aluminum alloy profiles, featuring light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and long service life. Without the need of spraying process, it is more environmentally friendly and has a more beautiful and high-grade appearance.
