JEETAI valve guides are professionally supplied to vavious engines applicable on vehicles, vessels and construction machines. The requirements of modern emission control engines present unique challenges to cylinder head rebuilder. Almost all new OEM engine designs incorporate positive valve stem seals and chrome plated valves to reduce exhaust emissions. The fact together with higher operating temperatures has made good guide lubrication a prerequisite of a good valve job. So JEETAI valve guides are primarily produced in materials of cast iron with higher graphite content, iron based powder or copper alloy, which improves the performances of self-lubrication and wear resistance.
