It uses the precise pressure change to control the amount of fuel injection, improve the fuel utilization rate, and achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction. At present, Bosch's high-pressure common rail system has more than 75 million sets in the world, and a large number of common rail injectors exist every year to be repaired, remanufactured and maintained. Our company has established a common rail injector control valve automatic flow production line composed of international top equipment. The project has introduced several European and American advanced processing and testing equipment, and established a highly automatic production line through production management system and automation line.
